About the work
This project involved creating digital inclusion content for the Greater London Authority’s Insights Hub, a resource designed to share knowledge and good practice across London’s communities and partners.
The brief was a demanding one: take complex ideas about digital inclusion and turn them into content that is genuinely clear, engaging, and accessible for every audience, from policymakers to frontline community workers to residents. Good content in this space does not simplify by leaving things out. It makes the important things easy to understand without losing what matters.
Why it matters
Digital inclusion only works when the message reaches people. Expertise on its own is not enough. It has to be communicated in a way that is warm, plain, and open to everyone, whatever their starting point. Producing content that carries real depth while staying accessible to all is at the heart of how I work, and it is what makes the difference between information that sits on a page and information that actually changes how people act.
