John Adewole is a UK-based digital inclusion leader and founder of IFB Gaming, a research and learning organisation focused on bridging gaps in access, confidence, and opportunity.

His work spans community delivery, policy engagement, and applied research, contributing to London-wide digital inclusion through the GLA Community Insights Hub and collaboration with NHS Digital.

He is the originator of the Seven Pillars Framework for Future-Proofed Communities and the Multiplayer Online Social Formation Cycle (MOSFC), providing structured approaches to understanding digital participation in modern society.
