My Approach
My consultancy approach combines community experience, research thinking, and practical delivery insight. I work with organisations to bridge the gap between digital policy and lived reality, ensuring strategies are not only well intentioned, but usable, trusted, and effective in practice.
This work is informed by my wider frameworks, including the Seven Pillars Framework for Future-Proofed Communities and the MOSCF Model, which together help explain both the conditions required for digital inclusion and the ways participation forms socially over time.
